1-Degree provides our Clients with all the information that you will need in order to bid your project. Once we receive your submission, including a “complete” set of project documents (plans, specs, etc) we will issue you a price up front, to avoid any surprises. Once we receive a notice to proceed and the completed payment, your project will go on our work-flow calendar.
Our foundational steps will provide you with all the information needed to solicit vendor quotes quickly and easily! Ensuring a clear communication during the estimate process, addressing any questions you may have to provide a seamless experience.
Upon completion and delivery of your project, you will receive all supporting documents for your review and reference including an excel “Estimate” that you will be able to adjust your labor rates, profit and overhead margins, add in direct job expenses, quoted materials and so on within the many customizable tabs offered. To wrap it all together our “Scope Letter” will provide you a road map of what is covered within the estimate, what is excluded from the estimate, the possible direct job expenses that you will need to add in, quoted materials that are required to be included and any clarifications we want to make you aware of.
Please “fill out the form” below and “don’t forget to upload your project files” to begin the Estimating Process.
